Even though it is important to have a return policy in place, we are pleased to say that our customers have been satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship, as well as the price, of our product.  Here is our return policy in the event you need to return an item:

Non-Defective Merchandise:
If you are not satisfied with your product selection or the product does not meet your expectation, then:
1.  Contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase for an authorization of return.  Please provide us with your name, shipping address, order number and an explanation for the return.
2.  We will respond with instructions on how and where to return the item.
3.  Products must be returned in the original packaging as new.  The original packing slip must be included.
4.  You will be given a prompt refund of your purchase price, excluding the original shipping fees plus a 20% restocking fee.  You will be responsible for paying return shipping.

Unauthorized Returns:
1.  Packages mailed to us without proper authorization will be credited to you in the form of a store credit less a 20% restocking fee.
2.  We do not reimburse for originating shipping charges.  We do not reimburse for shipping fees on returned items.
3.  Returns must be received by us within 30 days from the date of purchase.   Return Policy…continued
