     *Provide us with a copy of your resale permit (Georgia only).

Once this information is received, we will notify you promptly with approval, wholesale rate, and other pertinent information.

Important Tax Requirements:

By Georgia law we are required to collect sales tax on all sales unless we have obtained a resale permit from the buyer. When you certify that you are ordering for resale, then you are assuming the responsibility for reporting sales tax.   

All orders shipped to Georgia will be charged sales tax unless your sales tax permit has been received by us prior to shipment.  We must have a copy of your Sales & Use Tax Certificate (resale permit) on file in order to waive your sales tax on merchandise you purchase.

Shipping:
At this time, Drop Shipping is Free (standard) to your company address and/or to the address of your customers.  We ship within the Continental USA only.  We ship by ground delivery using USPS, UPS, or DHL service.  Deliveries usually take approximately 10 days depending upon your location.

If you are a retailer who wants to establish a wholesale account with My Southern Home Place to purchase gifts, collectibles and home decor products, we ask that you pay an activation fee of $9.95.  Sign up for an account with us by completing all of the fields with your company information.  Mail a money order to us in the amount of $9.95 made payable to: My Southern Home Place, 457 Hill Farm Road, Rt. 1 Box 292, Alamo, GA 30411.  This will take care of your initial online wholesale account activation fee and to set up your wholesale account access.  You will be notifed by email of your wholesale account approval once payment is received. 

This is a one-time activation fee.   We do not charge an annual membership fee nor a monthly fee for this service.  In the event we feel we must change this policy, you will be notifed immediately, but we do not anticipate a change.
