     First, let me say that this fundraiser will work for you, but it is like anything else, you get out of it what you put into it.   If you want to have a successful campaign, then you will need to show the "Town Square" catalog to your family and friends.  You will need to take their order &  payment and let them know when you will deliver their purchase.  You will also need to thank them and explain how their involvement is helping your particular charitable cause.  If you find it difficult to do these things, then this plan is not for you.  Otherwise get ready for a profitable fundraising campaign.   

            Speaking of profit....now is a good time to explain that with every item you sell, you will keep 25% for your organization. You will keep 25% of your total sales. That could add up fast!

Important Message:  Since children are often involved in fundraising efforts, I believe it is important to ensure their safety and protection throughout the process.  I strongly suggest that children not be allowed to sell door-to-door unless they are accompanied by an adult.  Your most successful campaigns will come from the support of your family and friends.  Enjoy the team spirit of running a profitable campaign, but at the same time have a safe one too!

1.  Get Organized & Plan Ahead....Make a list of family, friends, relatives, neighbors to contact.  Avoid selling door to door.  Make sure children are involved in the development of the plan.
2.  When children are selling, parents must be involved with each activity.
3.  Adults take catalogs to work.
4.  Children take catalogs to school and Church.
5.  Make telephone calls to seek support from family and friends.
6.  When children are selling.....

never sell alone...adult supervision is important
                            -
never carry collected money without adult supervision
                            - never go out after dark
                            -
never talk to strangers
7.  Above all, use common sense.   Have a Safe & Fun Experience!

*Submit payment at the end of the campaign.
*Communicate by email and/or phone throughout the campaign.

*Review the Agreement Form and notify you of acceptance.
*Free "Town Square" Catalogs, Free Collection Envelopes, Order Form to be duplicated by your organization.
*Free Shipping - ground - (UPS or DHL)  After shipment, we will track the delivery date and notify you.  Shipment will be delivered to the organization or the address of the fundraiser coordinator.  
*Provide a listing of each seller by name to simplify your distribution.
*Maintain contact with the fundraiser coordinator throughout the campaign.
*Provide support and guidance if needed.
