4.  Can I use your product images and descriptions?

Yes.  As long as you are using our product picture images and descriptions to advertise your product line, then it is perfectly fine to use them.  It would probably be best to "copy and paste" to your computer first before adding to your site.  By doing so, there will be no chance of customers linking to our site by mistake.   

5.  Will every item shown in the catalogs always be available and in stock?

No, because of the popularity of our products they are sometimes out of stock.  In order to check the status of a particular item, search our store by item number to see if the item is in stock.  You will be able to see under the product description the status of the item.

13. If my customer has a problem with a product and would like to return it, what should be done?

It would be best for you to have a Return Policy in place for your customers.  We have been fortunate that our customers have been satisfied with their purchases and I believe you will find this true for your customers as well, but a Return Policy is important.  

All of our products have a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you need to make a return for an order that you placed, you will follow our Return Policy.

14. Are there any risks to consider?

Sometimes products are not in stock and sometimes products are discontinued.  Just to be sure you can always check the product(s) in question by viewing our online store.   When you are planning to auction a particular item, it may be best to purchase that item before the auction begins if it is low in inventory.  But, there should not be a problem if the product is available and not showing as low in inventory.  Check our "Out of Stock" listing for more information.  Contact me at any time I can be of service to you.
